Responsible for the duties of Rental To Own Professional.
- Operation of the store and the actions of associates including verification of order forms, following collection guidelines, delivery and installation, and assuring service work is performed quickly.
- Responsible for the proper maintenance of computer and paper records.
- Responsible for the protection of store property including the proper in/out procedures for inventory, documentation and verification of order forms, daily walk-throughs, and use of store alarm.
- Responsible for monies received in store in the field including proper cash handling procedures.
- Responsible for the administration of company policies and procedures in the store.
- Responsible for increase of store business and maintaining of stores' non-renewed account standards.
- Ensures that Vehicle Maintenance Reports are performed on a weekly basis.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must complete the training and have rent-to-own experience such as Rent A Center or Aarons.
- Must be able to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds
Required Skills:
- A high degree of precision, accuracy, coordination, and knowledge of operational procedures.
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
- Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic functions quickly and accurately.
- Ability to reason and make independent decisions.
- Ability to manage situations with customers and associates.
- Working knowledge of products in the inventory.
- Ability to perform all subordinate job functions.
- Must be able to cope with emotional and mental stress associated dealing with people and situations.
- Required to use a hand truck to move merchandise.
- Attending company or Premier Corp, Training may be necessary. Travel expenses paid by Premier.
Requires contact with customers, associates and external business associates (distributors, suppliers, service organizations, etc.) is possible. Must communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and associates.
